A lower exterior terrace and top floor balcony beckon these homeowners to step outside and enjoy the city views and energy of the world below. The city lights from nearby buildings twinkle magically at dusk. A custom exterior kitchen and Big Green Egg smoker are available for gourmet home cooked meals. We included a custom Cedar bench with built-in planters, a drip irrigation system and low voltage lighting. A cool ocean breeze frequently blows from the West, but a firepit keeps evenings warm. An herb garden for mixology and recipes is at the ready on the lower balcony along with a comfortable sectional and statement Aloe tree. Branch Out selected all furnishings and décor to create the perfect ambiance for both lively gatherings with friends and restorative evenings at home.
